2010... A wonderful year!

This was again, a wonderful year of attending births! I was asked to serve over 30 families this year and each of those births were amazing and miraculous. I was very excited to be given the opportunity by Midwife Kathy Williams, CPM to assist her with 2 homebirths this year. Unfortunately, I missed out on a 3rd one, a twin delivery at home (I was REALLY loking forward to that one!) but those little guys decided to both be breech and break their mommy's water a little too early. So they were brought into the world at Vandy instead of at home; I included them below anyway just because :-)

I was also very surprised to have been on the receiving end of catching a baby this year... He decided to come out super fast with a jet pack strapped on!

It was a great year and I am looking forward to 2011. Blessings to you all and continue to ask questions and know your options!
